We are delighted to share with you the Third Special Update in preparation for the 33rd International Congress of MWIA, taking place from October 12–14, 2025, in Cairo, Egypt. This document includes four important sections:

1. Slate of Candidates for the 2025–2028 Executive Committee

This section presents the nominees and already elected colleagues. Please refer to pages 10–69 for detailed résumés and personal statements of all candidates.

This section includes:

  • 5 DRAFT Resolutions vetted by the MWIA Executive Committee for presentation and voting at the 2025 General Assembly in Cairo, Egypt.
  • An additional 6 DRAFT Resolutions (not for 2025 General Assembly voting), which will remain under discussion, finalization, and voting by the 2022–2025 and 2025–2028 MWIA Executives.
