On February 19, GMWA board members held a strategic planning session with invited trainer Ekaterina Karmak. Following GMWA’s success in October 2025 in Cairo, where the association won the right to host the International Congress of the Medical Women’s International Association (MWIA) in Tbilisi in 2028, the Board recognized the importance of strengthening its organizational and teamwork capacities. This session was organized to enhance skills in collaborative work and strategic planning in preparation for this significant event.
