- LO Oi Shan, Angeline, specialist in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, was our guest speaker on 28 Jan 2026. The topic of the talk was “Iron Deficiency Anaemia in Gastroenterology and Role of IV Iron”.
- The 6th Members’ Congress of Guangdong Women Doctors’ Association was held on 31 Jan. Dr Cissy Yu (Founding President of HKWDA), Dr Connie Ngai (Chair of Mainland Liaison Committee), Dr Sarah Chan (Honorary Secretary of HKWDA) attended the congress.
- 2025 Shenzhen Women Doctors’ Association General Committee Meeting and Guangdong-Hong Kong Women Doctors’ Exchange Conference was held on 6 Feb. Dr Cissy Yu, Dr Connie Ngai, Dr Sarah Chan and 3 medical students attended the conference.
- HKWDA has collaborated with Caritas Social Services (Tuen Mun) on STD education and screening for vulnerable girls in Tuen Mun on 7 Feb, and an STD educational talk for frontline social workers at Caritas Kowloon Centre on 14 Feb.
- Ms Karen AU, tax partner of Price Waterhouse Coopers Limited, was our guest speaker on 4 Mar 2026. The topic of the talk was “Smart Tax Strategies for Medical Professionals: Insights & Best Practices”.
- Anna TONG Yee-ha [Chief manager (eHealth) from Hospital Authority] and Mr. Hudson CHAN King-Chung (Senior manager of e-Health+ Business Development) were our guest speakers on 5 Mar 2026. The topic of the talk was “Update on eHealth+”.
