The Georgian Medical Women’s Association (GMWA) organized a very interesting lecture given by Professor Nino Okribelashvili, Vice Rector for Research at Tbilisi I. Javakhishvili State University entitled “Personality in the changing world”. The lecture was well attended by members of GMWA and other doctors.
GMWA is beginning preparations for an exhibition of doctor painters in the Tbilisi Hall of Modern Arts.
Members of the Prevention of Cardiovascular Diseases in Women SIG had their second online meeting. It was decided to publish leaflets about risk factors and prevention of CVD in women, distribute these leaflets free of charge among the population, and provide educational activities.
