The 10th Board Meeting of the current term was convened on March 22, 2026 at Taipei, chaired by President Susan Shur-Fen Gau. Key administrative activities included:

3. Philanthropic Contribution: Pearl Necklace Donation
The association extends its heartfelt gratitude to Director Dr. Chiang Chien-Tai for her generous contribution to our members. Dr. Chiang donated twelve elegant white pearl necklaces to the members who participated in the MWIA Triennial Congress in Egypt. A formal gift presentation ceremony was held during the General Assembly on December 14, 2025.
4. Response to Global Call to Action on Physician Fertility
Following a formal resolution at the 11th TMWA Board meeting on June 7, 2026, the association issued an official response to MWIA endorsing the global initiative on physician fertility. TMWA announced the launch of a nationwide Physician Fertility and Childcare Survey for women physicians in Taiwan. In this international collaboration, TMWA highlights two critical domestic policy advocacy items: (1) Establishing personal tax-deductible allowances for childcare and maternity-related expenses; (2) Incorporating mandatory, flexible hospital-affiliated daycare infrastructure into national hospital accreditation standards to improve medical workforce retention.
