- One billion rising campaign against violence
“White Ribbon” may be considered to be the world’s largest male-led movement to end men’s violence against women. White Ribbon has primary prevention initiatives, an annual campaign and White Ribbon Day (Nov 25), where men are encouraged to wear a white ribbon as a stance against VAW. They seek to change the attitudes and behaviours that lead to and perpetuate men’s violence against women, by engaging men and boys to lead social change. Adolescent Sexuality
- This Canadian government agency produces a website entitled Beyond the Basics for adolescents.
- Center for Health and Gender Equity (CHANGE). This U.S. based international reproductive health and rights organization conducts research, policy analysis and evidence-based advocacy in efforts to make public health and human rights principles integral to U.S. international population and health policies and programs. This particular site shares findings from the research on the implications of health sector reforms for reproductive health and rights in India and Tanzania.
- Sexuality and You. This Canadian based website of the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada is a user-friendly site for adolescents and adults alike.
